This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• The Advisor I, Admissions is crucial in the successful recruitment and enrollment of new learners at Nightingale College.
• Act as the initial point of contact for prospective learners, providing outstanding customer service while guiding applicants through the admissions process.
• Responsible for gathering and aiding in the completion of necessary admissions documents to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries daily to schedule appointments and conduct interviews with prospective learners.
• Reach out to prospective learners to confirm and conduct scheduled appointments, ensuring all vital information is communicated, questions are answered, and compliance with accreditation standards is maintained.
• Provide a Daily Activity Report (DAR) to the Supervisor.
• Generate leads by requesting referrals and inputting all new inquiry information into the appropriate system.
• Adhere to the contact strategy and record all correspondence with prospective learners in the designated system.
• Employ the Discover, Commit, Start Application process with prospective learners.
• Assist prospective learners, their families, and other relevant parties involved in the decision-making process.
• Invite qualified candidates to apply, ensuring they receive all necessary information and support throughout the application journey.
• Respond to inquiries about the appropriate Nursing Program with precision.
• Update and maintain learner records in the Learner Management System (LMS).
• Review all required documentation for new learner enrollment, resolving any inconsistencies in electronic files to ensure accreditation and compliance standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with various functions to provide the highest level of service for enrolling learners.
• Examine eLearn assessment results to assess and determine the eligibility of prospective learners for admission to the college.
• Attend weekly Admissions meetings including one-on-ones, coaching sessions, training, and team discussions.
• Engage in the successful execution of additional functional projects as they arise.
• A high school diploma or general equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in admissions at an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, or the ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Proficient in CRM and SIS systems.
• Capability to manage multiple projects effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
