This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reorganize, enhance, and sustain HSSU knowledge assets, which include MyCRS pages, country security subpages, document libraries, templates, and standardized tools.
• Develop and refine digital systems, search/access options, automation, and process flows to minimize manual effort across HSSU.
• Oversee the delivery of HSSU learning initiatives, including Safe & Sound, APST, ComPsych, agency-wide webinars, customized sessions, and readiness of external presenters.
• Create asynchronous training modules, onboarding materials, and learning pathways for professional HSS staff, key personnel, managers, and leadership roles.
• Evaluate and enhance processes related to travel-risk, training compliance, post-status determination, device tracking, road safety, vehicle collisions, first aid, and minimum operating standards tracking.
• Assist with HSS communications, the design of quarterly and annual reports, Duty of Care mapping, community-of-practice establishment, and organizational development strategies.
• Document enhancements, formulate sustainability recommendations, and collaborate with HSSU, KML, external presenters, regions, and country programs.
• Provide dedicated coordination, knowledge management, organizational development, and learning design support to the Health, Safety, and Security Unit for 14.5 months.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• 5–8 years of pertinent experience in knowledge management, learning and development, organizational development, program/training coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in coordinating trainings, webinars, calendars, events, logistics, or learning activities within a complex operating environment.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Capability to design information architecture, templates, and practical knowledge management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to think analytically and execute tasks methodically.
• Strong writing skills, including providing feedback on and editing documents by non-native English speakers.
• Effective communication skills via email and Skype in a remote setting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment.
• Strong customer care and service orientation.
• Eligibility to legally work in the location where the position is performed.
