This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Utilize your technical expertise to assist Gainwell in enhancing clients' financial performance, accuracy, and compliance within their essential financial systems.
• Assess business and regulatory needs to outline system improvements and technical solutions.
• Create and develop components of financial systems and batch processes for various user groups.
• Code, build, compile, and test system modifications adhering to established team standards.
• Act as a technical advocate for financial users.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Provide analysis and limited guidance on assigned enhancements or financial modules.
• Over 9 years of experience in application design, development, and programming with C, UNIX/Linux, XML, and SQL.
• Previous experience with healthcare IT systems and financial systems is essential.
• Proficient in documenting and executing unit test cases.
• Experience in supporting system design, development, maintenance, and production support for financial batch processes and data workflows.
• Familiarity with GitHub repository and AWS is preferred.
