This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Associate Advisor Guide will recognize, qualify, and cultivate high-quality sales opportunities.
• Manage lead generation initiatives, call campaigns, and strategies to attract new clients.
• Interact with clients through inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication methods.
• Demonstrate a strong level of energy.
• Connect with potential clients by establishing trusting relationships, emphasizing integrity and personal accountability.
• Ensure outstanding service and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to a transparent communication atmosphere within a dynamic team.
• Perform additional duties or tasks as directed by management.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred; experience in inside sales, relationship management, or client services is also preferred.
• Availability on weekends is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience working with high-level, busy professionals.
• Must be highly adaptable and maintain confidentiality regarding all matters.
