This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Identifying market opportunities and engaging in discussions with (potential) clients

• Providing advice on spatial-economic strategies for campuses and innovation districts

• Analyzing complex challenges and translating ambitions into concrete development directions and approaches

• Facilitating collaboration processes between public and private stakeholders, including administrative and political decision-making

• Contributing to feasibility studies, development strategies, and business cases for spatial development

• Connecting content, interests, and people, with attention to the administrative and societal context

⛳️ Requirements

• University-level work and thinking capacity

• Preferably a degree in a spatial-economic field (for example, area development, urban planning, or economic geography)

• Ability to address strategic questions and translate them into an approach/execution

• At least 3 years of work experience in spatial or economic challenges.
