This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Providing clients with advice on cultivation techniques and contributing to the development of their business, prioritizing the client's profitability.

• Visiting agricultural clients and serving as a discussion partner at their farm and kitchen table.

• Creating plans for successful crop growth.

• Closely monitoring progress in the field during the growing season and making adjustments as necessary.

• Effectively combining advice and sales.

• Actively expanding the client portfolio.

• Identifying and discussing market developments and commercial opportunities within the team and with clients.

• Continuously improving services to arable and vegetable farmers in collaboration with colleagues.

• Designing future-oriented strategies together with clients.

• Reporting to the regional Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level.

• Preferably completed an agricultural education.

• Knowledge of the agricultural sector and affinity for open field cultivation.

• Up-to-date with recent market developments.

• Residing in the Southeast Netherlands work area.

• Collaboration with colleagues.

• Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and independent.

• No-nonsense mentality.

• Ability to sense opportunities for acquiring new clients in the market.

• Genuine and authentic combined with decisiveness.

• Willingness to stay current through knowledge acquisition and training.

• An (online) assessment is part of the application process.
