This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales and foster business growth.
• Market advertising solutions to BBB Accredited Businesses within your designated area.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives and retention goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Communicate regularly to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners.
• Educate clients about BBB's products and services.
• Suggest customized solutions to aid their growth.
• Utilize consultative selling methods and active listening to confidently secure business.
• Meet daily performance metrics, including call volume and duration of conversations.
• Remain organized, responsive, and focused on results.
• Engage in continuous improvement through coaching and development opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments with internal teams.
• Support company initiatives and adhere to BBB Standards of Trust.
• Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment.
• Any combination of education and experience that equips you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Demonstrated sales experience (minimum of 1 year required; experience in outbound or call center sales is preferred).
• Confidence in selling and building relationships over the phone.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, SEO, and social media is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is an advantage.
