• Act as the strategic advertising leader for a selection of high-value enterprise and strategic clients, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital marketing and retail media platforms.
• Facilitate discovery and strategic planning sessions to establish media strategies that align with client goals, platform capabilities, and channel best practices.
• Convert business objectives into detailed media plans, managing execution and optimization across budgets, bids, audiences, and creative assets.
• Deliver advanced performance analysis and insights to inform campaign strategies and investment decisions, utilizing attribution models, pacing, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor who proactively identifies areas for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Work collaboratively with Client Success Managers, TAMs, and Product teams to ensure alignment of execution and product feedback with client objectives and evolving needs.
• Function as a subject matter expert in Rithum’s media products and tools, educating clients about new features, platform advancements, and industry trends.
• Support internal enablement by mentoring Advertising Account Managers, sharing best practices, and enhancing team-wide execution consistency.
• Keep up with emerging media channels, platform updates, and advertising trends to inform proactive strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing, with a proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic accounts successfully.
• Proven ability to create strategic advertising plans that enhance performance and align with client business objectives.
• Practical experience with major platforms including Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.
• Strong analytical skills; experience in conducting comprehensive analysis and presenting insights to clients and teams using dashboard and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex advertising concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in navigating cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and forecast advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets across campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in AI, with experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, improve analysis, and scale impact.
