• Act as the strategic advertising leader for a portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic clients, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital marketing and retail media platforms.
• Facilitate discovery and strategic planning sessions to formulate media strategies that meet client objectives, leverage platform capabilities, and adhere to channel best practices.
• Convert business objectives into detailed media plans, managing execution and optimization across budgets, bids, audiences, and creative assets.
• Deliver advanced performance analysis and insights to inform campaign strategy and investment choices, utilizing attribution models, pacing, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor who proactively identifies growth, efficiency, and innovation opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with Client Success Managers, TAMs, and Product teams to ensure alignment between execution and client goals while adapting to evolving needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Rithum’s media products and tools, providing education to clients on new features, platform improvements, and industry trends.
• Contribute to internal capacity building by mentoring Advertising Account Managers, sharing best practices, and enhancing team-wide execution consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging media channels, platform changes, and advertising trends to inform future strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing, with a proven track record in managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Proven capability to create strategic advertising plans that enhance performance and align with client business goals.
• Practical experience with major platforms including Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.
• Strong analytical skills; experience in conducting in-depth analysis and presenting insights to clients and teams using dashboard and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Excellent communication abilities, with the skill to simplify complex advertising concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and forecast advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets across campaigns.
• Strong fluency in AI, with experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, analysis, and impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
