• Act as the strategic advertising leader for a diverse portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic clients, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital marketing and retail media platforms.
• Facilitate discovery and strategic planning sessions to establish media strategies that align with client objectives, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Convert business objectives into detailed media plans, managing execution and optimization across budgets, bids, target audiences, and creative assets.
• Deliver advanced performance analysis and insights to shape campaign strategy and investment choices, utilizing attribution models, pacing, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Build and maintain robust relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor who proactively uncovers opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Work closely with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and Product teams to synchronize execution and product feedback with client goals and changing needs.
• Function as a subject matter expert in Rithum’s media products and tools, educating clients on new features, platform improvements, and industry trends.
• Contribute to internal training by mentoring Advertising Account Managers, sharing best practices, and enhancing team-wide execution consistency.
• Keep informed about emerging media channels, platform updates, and advertising trends to shape forward-looking strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Proven capability to develop strategic advertising plans that enhance performance and align with client business goals.
• Practical experience with major platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.
• Strong analytical skills; experience in conducting in-depth analyses and presenting insights to clients and teams using dashboard and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Outstanding communication abilities, adept at simplifying complex advertising concepts into understandable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and forecast advertising budgets, relying on data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency and meet performance goals across campaigns.
• Strong fluency in AI, with experience in integrating AI tools into daily workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, improve analysis, and scale impact.
