This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the complete Amazon marketing funnel, focusing specifically on managing, optimizing, and scaling Amazon DSP campaigns across both national and international marketplaces.
• Your role includes planning, building, and optimizing programmatic campaigns through Amazon DSP, which encompasses audience design, frequency strategies, inventory selection, and creative testing — this includes campaigns for Prime Video and Fire TV.
• You will manage all pertinent campaign processes operationally, from budget allocation and bid optimizations to the setup and evaluation of retail media and programmatic placements, including the previously mentioned Prime Video and Fire TV placements.
• You will perform detailed performance and attribution analyses, utilizing data from Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) specifically to extract precise insights throughout the customer journey.
• You will formulate data-driven recommendations for cross-channel media and funnel strategies, confidently presenting these to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You will employ tools such as PACVUE to effectively monitor, automate, and optimize campaigns.
• You will create structured reports and dashboards, implement complex data models in Excel (including pivot tables), and ensure the ongoing development of DSP and AMC setups.
• You hold a degree in marketing, business informatics, data analytics, or a similar qualification.
• You possess at least 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Advertising, including a minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in actively managing Amazon DSP campaigns.
• You have substantial experience working with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), including the ability to interpret query results and conduct your own analyses.
• You are proficient in tools such as PACVUE, AMC dashboards, DSP bulk sheets, or similar platforms.
• You exhibit strong analytical skills, a keen affinity for numbers, and experience with intricate campaign and data structures.
• You have experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights and strategies to diverse audiences.
• You work in a methodical, independent manner and have a passion for programmatic advertising, retail media, and data-driven marketing.
• You are business-fluent in both German and English.
