This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic management of large or complex customer accounts focusing on Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and potentially DSP.
• Development and implementation of cross-channel campaign strategies to meet defined KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, revenue, brand awareness).
• Independent budget and forecasting planning, including seasonal performance management.
• Creation and presentation of quarterly or annual strategies (roadmaps, performance forecasts, actionable recommendations).
• Professional sparring and coaching of Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers.
• Active participation in internal processes, quality standards, and scaling strategies.
• Close collaboration with team leads, management, and other departments (Content, Creative, Project Management).
• Identification of new levers, formats, and tests for continuous performance optimization.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, possibly DSP).
• In-depth understanding of funnel construction, segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
• Proficient in handling bulk files, Brand Metrics, Search Term Reports, placements, and portfolios.
• Analytical strength: You identify patterns in data and derive clear actionable recommendations.
• Experience in strategic client management, including presenting results and performance analyses.
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style.
• Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and coaching other team members professionally.
• Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2+).
• Major clients & responsibility: You manage leading brands such as Red Bull, Schneider Electric, and Clementoni, further developing their advertising strategies.
• High degree of autonomy: You independently decide on strategies, budgets, and priorities.
