• Strategic oversight of large or intricate client accounts, emphasizing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and, when relevant, DSP.
• Creation and execution of cross-channel campaign strategies aimed at reaching established KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, revenue, brand awareness).
• Complete responsibility for budget and forecasting, including management of seasonal performance.
• Preparation and presentation of quarterly or annual strategic plans (roadmaps, performance forecasts, recommended actions).
• Providing strategic direction and coaching to Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers.
• Active participation in internal processes, maintenance of quality standards, and development of scaling strategies.
• Close cooperation with team leaders, executive management, and various departments (Content, Creative, Project Management).
• Discovery of new levers, ad formats, and testing methods for ongoing performance enhancement.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display; DSP experience is advantageous).
• In-depth knowledge of funnel construction, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
• Proficient use of bulk files, brand metrics, search term reports, placements, and portfolios.
• Strong analytical capabilities: adept at identifying patterns in data and converting them into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in strategic client management, including the presentation of results and performance evaluations.
• Methodical, proactive, and self-sufficient working style.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and providing professional coaching to team members.
• Fluent in German (C2) and possess good English proficiency (B2+).
• Top clients & responsibility: You will manage prestigious brands like Red Bull, Schneider Electric, and Clementoni, enhancing their advertising strategies.
