This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Generate and distribute weekly reports on campaign performance for key accounts.
• Provide analytics data to sellers and advertisers as required.
• Actively promote event photography sales packages.
• Compose event recaps.
• Update the status document and internal documentation.
• Post back-of-house events to the Event Calendar.
• Assist with print production tasks.
• This includes monitoring submissions.
• Create the guide schedule and add events.
• Respond to reader inquiries via phone and email within 24 hours.
• Manage the “General” and “Subscriber” print mailing lists.
• Assist with the podcast booking process.
• Familiarity with the interior design, home, or lifestyle sectors.
• A genuine interest and passion for the industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Comfortable with basic analytics reporting.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, client communications, community development, and production.
• Practical experience with event planning and/or production.
