Advertising Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Retrieve, compile, and structure campaign performance reports from various advertising platforms to facilitate weekly performance evaluations and informed decision-making.

• Perform basic keyword analysis and assist with bid, budget, and campaign optimization tasks as directed by the team based on performance data.

• Oversee campaign specifics, update campaign titles, and ensure that listings, creative assets, and campaign details are accurate and current.

• Monitor creative tests, campaign trials, and new channel experiments to guarantee that results, timelines, and performance insights are thoroughly documented.

• Examine reports and campaign data for precision, detect data discrepancies or anomalies, and proactively alert the advertising team to any issues.

• Aid in documenting recurring workflows, campaign procedures, and reporting processes to establish clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for future reference.

• Upload, arrange, and traffic creative assets across various advertising channels, ensuring that assets are correctly positioned and aligned with campaign specifications.

• Assist with fundamental optimization and execution tasks across all advertising platforms, including Amazon, Meta, Google, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other testing platforms as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience supporting at least one paid advertising platform, such as Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or comparable channels.

• Strong capability to extract, compile, and verify campaign reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management.

• Familiarity with eCommerce, retail, or marketplace advertising.

• Understanding of keyword analysis, bid/budget assessments, and basic campaign performance tracking.

• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central with a solid grasp of listing policies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or similar platforms.
