Adverse Event Reporting Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reporting product safety incidents to clients

• Keeping accurate records

• Supporting internal audits

• Preparing and submitting product safety event documentation in accordance with standards

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information for reports

• Collaborating cross-functionally to verify details

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a recognized four-year institution

• One to two years of relevant experience and/or training preferred

• Background in the medical field preferred

• Fundamental computer skills, including data entry into databases

• Prior experience with patient communication is essential
