This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Assist in the onboarding and implementation of Advantage Solutions products across Greystar properties, ensuring accuracy, compliance with lease agreements, and the correct setup of utility billing throughout the process.
• Manage onboarding schedules and act as a resource for property teams, offering guidance and troubleshooting regarding processes, documentation, and system requirements.
• Detect discrepancies, risks, and inconsistencies in lease and billing information, and suggest practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and property stakeholders to address setup issues, facilitate necessary administrative or payment-related processes, and guarantee accurate system and billing execution.
• Work alongside operations, accounting, legal, and property management teams to resolve issues and enhance workflows.
• Assist with fee updates, modifications to lease templates, and compliance-related system updates.
• Identify gaps in processes and recommend enhancements to improve lease compliance, consistency in utility billing, and the efficiency of onboarding.
• Aid in updating lease language, compliance documentation, and operational standards related to utilities, billing structures, and resident-facing processes.
• Fulfill administrative, compliance, and operational reporting tasks as required to support accurate execution and the ongoing integrity of programs.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred in Accounting, Business, Finance, or similar fields.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, along with the capacity to manage reporting, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with experience in interpreting complex documentation, supporting onboarding or implementation processes, and converting requirements into clear, actionable steps.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SalesForce, Bluemoon, and Google Docs, along with demonstrated expertise in other Microsoft Office products.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with both internal and external customers.
