This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Developing a growth strategy in collaboration with subject leaders from Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.
• Taking charge of: Subject-specific revenue enhancement, Customer acquisition, and Multi-functional cooperation to assist customers in both acquisition and retention.
• Driving profitable sales by fostering new business growth and enhancing sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Surpassing annual revenue targets by establishing and sustaining a pipeline of opportunities across qualifications and learning services that adhere to well-defined account strategies.
• Assuming responsibility for achieving year-on-year growth of qualifications and learning services revenue across a diverse product portfolio within your designated region(s).
• Exhibiting foresight and adaptability to modify strategies to optimize opportunities and reduce risks.
• Establishing, nurturing, and managing relationships with prospective customers at key stakeholder levels.
• Navigating the complexities associated with secondary schools and their stakeholders.
• Providing in-depth product expertise in the 11-19 education sector and offering insights to various stakeholders.
• Clearly communicating the value of your offerings in ways that resonate with the customer, effectively countering competition, and engaging key stakeholders.
• Delivering impactful sales presentations and communicating effectively and with confidence to relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proficiency in leveraging communication to influence attitudes or behaviors by using both written and verbal methods to convey information for specific advantages, impacts, or outcomes.
• A demonstrated collaborative attitude and behavior that aligns with team and organizational values, as the matrix account structure will provide a comprehensive customer experience.
• Strong sales capabilities, particularly in managing senior-level relationships in secondary schools/trusts and driving revenue growth.
• Extensive product knowledge across resources and qualifications within the secondary education market.
• Skills in objection handling, negotiation, and presentation.
• Ability to demonstrate, share, and communicate best practices.
• Providing essential market insights to other business areas and informing regional activities.
