This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create a marketing strategy for designated regional priority areas (e.g., region- or country-specific plans), converting business goals into actionable campaign frameworks, encompassing targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of HR, talent management, and workforce learning trends to craft pertinent, industry-specific messaging aimed at target demographics.
• Employ local insights regarding relevant industry associations and agencies to guide marketing strategy development.
• Implement the in-region marketing strategy for the priority area (e.g., country- or region-specific), collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (including agencies and industry associations) as necessary.
• Work closely with global audience marketing leaders to carry out marketing strategies for key audiences and accounts that align with global objectives and sales priorities.
• Coordinate with the global marketing team and regional stakeholders to align global strategies with local market needs, especially within the APAC region.
• Drive success metrics for acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives. Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
• Maintain organized reporting and visibility into program status and results, utilizing analytics and reporting tools to track performance, derive insights, and continuously enhance programs.
• Stay informed about marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to consistently improve our approach.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing.
• Proven success in designing and executing effective B2B marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure alignment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to create project plans and ensure seamless execution.
• Extensive experience in multi-channel execution, including digital marketing, paid media, direct mail, and executive engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the skills to measure performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, or similar tools.
• Industry experience or knowledge in enterprise HR, talent management, workforce learning, or related sectors, with experience marketing to enterprise audiences (e.g., HR, L&D, technology leaders).
• Experience in executing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that utilize digital, direct mail, executive events, paid media, content personalization, and other relevant channels.
