Advanced Practice Provider, Virtual Critical Care – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the care of patients in medical and surgical ICUs while maximizing professional capabilities.

• Gather comprehensive medical histories, conduct physical examinations, document findings, and formulate care plans.

• Prescribe medications and arrange for necessary tests and procedures.

• Engage in and contribute to group or practice meetings actively.

• Participate in the creation of policies and procedures as well as initiatives for quality improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) must hold Acute Care Board Certification.

• Applicants should be either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or a Physician Assistant (PA).

• A minimum of three years of recent experience in critical care as an NP or PA is required.

• Must currently be employed in a critical care environment.

• Strong clinical proficiency in managing critically ill patients is essential.

• Eligibility for Wisconsin and Illinois licensure is necessary.
