Advanced Practice Provider – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients using the technology platform provided by the practice.

• Deliver outstanding, individualized patient care in accordance with the practice's guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with a care team, including a Health Coach, to assist patients in optimizing outcomes and reaching their health and wellness objectives.

• Engage in the development of patient care programs.

• Help resolve patient inquiries and requests effectively.

• Timely and accurately complete online documentation.

• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Serve as a representative of Parsley Health within the local and wider community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Nurse Practitioner license in NY/CA OR an active Physician Assistant license in NY/CA.

• Valid DEA license.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing primary care, whether through telemedicine or in-person.

• At least 2 years of clinical practice following residency.

• More than 2 years of experience in practicing functional medicine.

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
