Advanced Practice Provider, NJ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive, video-based clinical care that includes Acute Care, pediatrics, and mental health services.

• Commit to regular weekend day shifts (between 7 AM - 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday, plus one weekday).

• Assist physicians with managing the Epic inbox, including labs, imaging, and patient inquiries.

• Educate patients regarding suitable treatments and care plans tailored to their health needs.

• Prescribe medications and refills as necessary.

• Promote high-quality care with a strong emphasis on positive patient outcomes.

• Enhance remote care by delivering compassionate and impactful service.

• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise.

• Collaborate effectively with Care Team Members.

• Achieve challenging objectives as part of a top-tier team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care environment.

• Must hold a valid license in New Jersey.

• At least 1 year of experience with Epic EMR is required.

• Must currently be enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare provider.

• Experience in primary care and behavioral health, with the capability to address both acute and chronic conditions.

• Should possess technological proficiency, be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have telemedicine experience.

• A clean background and medical malpractice history is essential.

• Availability to work weekend hours, totaling 36 hours per week (between 7 AM - 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday, plus one weekday).
