Advanced Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Diagnosing and addressing intricate technical challenges

• Designing and assessing systems

• Managing projects effectively

• Implementing advanced system configurations to support the Pro-Watch and MAXPRO customer base

• Collaborating directly with Value-Added Resellers and End Users

• Working alongside various departments, including Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Learning Solutions, and Advanced Services

• 15% travel by air or car to client locations

• Utilizing a Honeywell travel and expense card along with a company vehicle

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years or more of experience in delivering technical solutions to customers within the security sector

• 3-5 years or more of experience in managing technical projects

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Capability to manage issues to a successful resolution and offer project subject matter expertise

• Knowledge of ProWatch access control security software and MAXPRO video management software

• Proficiency in conveying complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Familiarity with Windows Server or relevant certifications

• Understanding of VMWare / Server Virtualization

• Knowledge or certifications in network planning and design

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL or relevant certifications

• Cyber Security certifications

• Proven track record in managing projects successfully

• Ability to cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Excellent presentation skills, capable of communicating with all levels of the organization

• Adaptability to swiftly learn new technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
