📋 Description

• Profitably generate qualified booked calls using Meta Ads.

• Daily launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.

• Oversee campaigns with expenditures reaching thousands each day.

• Aggressively scale successful campaigns while ensuring efficiency.

• Keep track of ad account health and performance metrics.

• Experiment with new campaign structures, target audiences, and scaling techniques.

• Analyze performance trends and quickly identify bottlenecks.

• Decrease CPA and enhance overall funnel efficiency.

• Recognize successful ad angles.

• Propose fresh hooks and messaging strategies.

• Conduct competitor research.

• Analyze high-performing creatives.

• Detect creative fatigue early on.

• Establish creative testing frameworks.

• Provide constructive feedback to editors and content creators.

• Assess landing page performance.

• Monitor KPIs on a daily basis.

• Generate performance insights and actionable recommendations.

• Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns.

• Quickly spot inefficiencies.

• Clearly report findings to leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in managing Meta Ads at an advanced level.

• Proven track record in generating booked calls (not just leads).

• Strong grasp of direct response marketing principles.

• In-depth understanding of conversion-focused funnels.

• Proficient knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Capability to act swiftly and execute tasks efficiently.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

• Experience with high-ticket service businesses.
