This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Support lead generation efforts and promotional initiatives aimed at studio memberships and enhancing brand visibility.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance, budgets, and advertising metrics.
• Aid in optimizing campaigns through audience testing, retargeting strategies, and creative refinements.
• Conduct fundamental A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and variations of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to develop engaging ad creatives and effective campaign messaging.
• Propose innovative ideas for ad content, hooks, and promotional strategies.
• Ensure that ads are consistent with the brand’s tone, style, and marketing objectives.
• Stay informed about trends in social media and Meta Ads.
• Prepare performance reports and summaries for campaigns.
• Track essential metrics such as leads, engagement rates, and ad performance.
• Offer insights and recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining well-organized marketing documentation and campaign records.
• Provide support for general digital marketing initiatives as needed.
• Aid in improving campaign workflows and marketing processes.
• Communicate proactively with the team regarding campaign updates and any issues that arise.
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and online presence.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns or social media advertising.
• Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
• Basic understanding of advertising metrics and campaign optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn new strategies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or basic graphic design tools.
• Experience in supporting Australian or international clients.
• Basic understanding of lead generation funnels and customer acquisition.
• This position is remote and will be structured as an independent contractor engagement.
