This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities**

• - Initiate, manage, and enhance high-volume lead generation campaigns daily on Facebook and Instagram.

• - Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial technical configurations (Pixel, CAPI, and UTMs) to advanced horizontal and vertical scaling strategies.

• - Track key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, Frequency, and Lead Quality, making proactive adjustments to mitigate creative fatigue.

• - Create and refine high-converting landing pages and funnels, applying A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization principles to maximize lead acquisition.

• - Independently manage client accounts, making strategic decisions and effectively communicating performance outcomes.

• - Work alongside creative teams and account managers to ensure messaging aligns with quality lead objectives.

• - Integrate lead data with GoHighLevel and other CRMs through Zapier and webhooks to facilitate seamless lead nurturing.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-Have:**

• - A minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns in an agency setting.

• - Residency in South Africa (this is a remote position).

• - Deep technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager, encompassing Advantage+, Conversion API, and intricate attribution settings.

• - A solid track record in high-ticket lead generation (such as Solar, Home Services, Real Estate, or B2B) rather than in e-commerce.

• - Documented experience in creating Landing Pages/Funnels and optimizing Conversion Rates (CRO).

• - Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and analyze data for strategic development.

• - Leadership maturity, capable of managing accounts comprehensively and fostering long-term client retention.

• **Nice-to-Haves**

• - Familiarity with GoHighLevel and automation workflows.

• - Experience utilizing Zapier for lead-to-CRM integrations.

• - Knowledge of Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
