This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Plan, develop, launch, and oversee paid advertising initiatives on Facebook and Instagram.
• Create and evaluate ad copy, visuals, target audiences, and strategic targeting techniques.
• Daily monitor campaign performance and optimize for essential metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC).
• Execute A/B testing on advertisements, audience segments, and landing page variations.
• Effectively manage and distribute ad budgets to enhance return on investment.
• Produce regular performance reports that include actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure ad strategies align with referral program objectives.
• Keep updated on Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• At least 2 years of practical experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Strong grasp of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting techniques.
• Experience with campaign objectives such as lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Capability to analyze analytics data and convert insights into optimized strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
• Background in the legal sector or law firm marketing is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
