This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• The primary role of the Ads Creative Strategist is to deliver exceptional creative media for our clients.
• This involves researching and reaching out to potential content creators while staying informed about the constantly evolving trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• The Ads Creative Strategist must develop a thorough understanding of each client's unique brand, values, customer profiles, and specific needs.
• This expertise will be utilized to create comprehensive script briefs for selected content creators, aligning with brand guidelines and including complete video concepts for the creative campaign.
• Additionally, the Ads Creative Strategist will need to reach out and collaborate with potential content creators to assemble a team for each project.
• Conducting quality control on the received content to ensure compliance with guidelines will also be part of this position.
• In this role, you will work closely with content creators of your choice, requiring you to research, contact, and maintain communication with them throughout the project.
• Occasional direct communication with clients may be necessary.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of different Video Ad variations.
• Selecting and arranging a content creator for each project is part of your duties.
• You will ensure the quality of the content provided by the content creators.
• Providing constructive feedback on the received content is also expected.
• Staying updated with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends is crucial.
• You will assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the Product Manager.
• Proven experience in generating engaging creative content across various niches.
• Demonstrable understanding of social media trends, particularly those related to TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with content creators, colleagues, and clients.
• Ability to develop creative concepts based on current and emerging trends.
• Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering high-quality work on time.
• Must be highly accountable, responsive, and capable of meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Strong aptitude for working collaboratively with people, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking.
• A growth-oriented and results-driven mindset is essential, along with the ability to accept and implement constructive criticism.
• Previous remote work experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with working independently and managing time effectively (remote work experience is a plus).
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time).
• A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC are necessary, along with the ability to participate in virtual video conferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required (fluency in English is necessary, but it does not need to be your native language).
• Openness to receiving and providing constructive feedback, as well as the ability to improve based on feedback, is essential.
