📋 Description

• The primary role of the Ads Creative Strategist is to deliver exceptional creative media for our clients.

• This may involve researching and reaching out to prospective content creators while staying current with the dynamic trends of TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• The Ads Creative Strategist must cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each client's brand, values, customer personas, and specific needs.

• This expertise will be utilized to craft detailed script briefs for selected content creators, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and incorporating comprehensive video concepts for the creative campaign.

• Additionally, the Ads Creative Strategist will need to connect and collaborate with potential content creators to assemble a team for each project.

• Conducting quality control on incoming content to verify compliance with guidelines will also be a key aspect of this position.

• Mission statement: The foremost mission of our Ads Creative Strategist is to guarantee the delivery of the highest quality creative advertisements to our clients.

• This entails acquiring a profound understanding of each client's distinct requirements, brand voice, values, and messaging, along with staying well-informed about evolving trends.

• As our Ads Creative Strategist, you will collaborate closely with chosen content creators, necessitating research, outreach, and ongoing communication throughout the project.

• There may be occasions where direct communication with clients is required.

• General Responsibilities:

• - Developing script briefs based on prevailing TikTok and Instagram trends.

• - Creating detailed script briefs for content creators, encompassing necessary B-roll footage.

• - Researching content creators to align with each brand's Customer Avatar goals for various testing concepts.

• - Engaging with potential content creators regarding the project scope.

• - Ensuring the quality of Video Ad variations.

• - Selecting and coordinating a content creator for each assignment.

• - Verifying the quality of content produced by content creators.

• - Providing constructive feedback on received content.

• - Keeping abreast of ongoing TikTok and Reels trends.

• - Assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the Product Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in generating engaging creative content across various niches.

• Demonstrable understanding of social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with content creators, colleagues, and clients.

• Ability to devise creative concepts based on current and anticipated trends.

• Must possess strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to consistently deliver high-quality work promptly.

• Must be highly accountable, responsive, and exhibit a strong ability to meet deadlines.

• Great aptitude for collaborating with others, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking.

• Possesses a growth-oriented and results-driven mindset, capable of handling and applying constructive criticism.

• Experience with remote work is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with working independently and managing your time effectively (remote work experience is a plus).

• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time).

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a laptop or PC, as well as the ability to participate in virtual video conferences.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in English is required, though it does not need to be your first language).

• Willingness to receive feedback and constructive criticism, and to improve accordingly, while also providing similar feedback to your team in a productive manner.
