This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee paid advertising accounts on Meta Ads, which includes Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop, launch, oversee, and enhance Meta ad campaigns.
• Handle campaign budgets, target audiences, placements, creative testing, and conversion objectives.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide strategic suggestions to enhance ROI.
• Track essential metrics such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Create and evaluate ad copy, creative approaches, offers, target audiences, and landing page tactics.
• Formulate and implement innovative paid advertising strategies for clients.
• Utilize Google Ads as a supplementary platform when necessary.
• Understand and generate client-facing reports.
• Clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and subsequent steps to clients.
• Collaborate with internal team members to fulfill client objectives.
• Keep precise records of campaign activities, client interactions, and optimization efforts.
• Stay updated on Meta Ads platform modifications, paid social trends, tracking enhancements, and digital advertising best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns, particularly in Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Client-facing experience is essential.
• Google Ads experience is preferred, though it is not the primary focus of this position.
• Strong preference for experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, retargeting, conversion tracking, audience building, and funnel strategy is preferred.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and campaign attribution.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot campaign performance challenges and think innovatively.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with clients through phone calls, video conferences, and written communication.
• Capable of working independently as a remote contractor while collaborating with a team.
• Meta Blueprint Certification is preferred.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Analytics are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns in an online setting.
