Ads Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.

• Create data-driven advertising strategies that align with marketing objectives and targeted KPIs.

• Oversee advertising budgets, assess campaign performance, and execute real-time modifications to achieve optimal results.

• Collaborate with the creative team to design captivating visuals and engaging video advertisements utilizing tools like Canva or Adobe Suite, in conjunction with other on-staff creative teams.

• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and variations in copy.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign metrics utilizing GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.

• Manage all campaign-related activities in coordination with Account Managers, who also possess over three years of ad buying experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads (including Meta, YouTube, Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.), with familiarity in TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms being a significant advantage.

• Solid grasp of omnichannel marketing and strategies for cross-platform advertising.

• Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), data analytics, and other tools for performance tracking.

• Proficient in creating and editing advertising creatives, including video, graphics, and copywriting.

• Possess an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to interpret data effectively.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
