Adoption Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Foster robust customer adoption by designing and implementing scalable processes that educate clients on best practices, ensuring they achieve quick time-to-value for their primary use cases.

• Attain comprehensive product knowledge across the full ElevenLabs platform, particularly focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - serving as the product authority for facilitating both simple and intricate use cases, while consistently being the first to assimilate knowledge of new market products.

• Conduct proactive audits of customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setups to identify deficiencies, providing recommendations as a value-added service that enhances adoption.

• Monitor and drive essential leading and lagging metrics related to adoption, collaborating with Revenue Operations to refine reporting capabilities, and leveraging those insights to create data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks for the customer base within the region.

• Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Experience to implement targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, tailored to specific opportunities or new product launches.

• Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams to align adoption strategies throughout the customer journey (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineering, Go-To-Market, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and Engineering).

• Work in partnership with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local Go-To-Market team and contribute to global outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or a related role at a technical SaaS or AI-native organization.

• Familiarity with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-oriented products.

• Proven experience in creating adoption-focused programs from inception: onboarding pathways, scalable adoption playbooks, self-service resources, and more.

• A systems-oriented thinker with a creative flair: consistently inquiring "how can we scale or automate this," with the capability to develop automations and workflows using AI tools as part of your routine work process.

• Highly analytical: adept at identifying trends to close gaps, reveal opportunities, or standardize best practices. You also recognize data points that are currently untracked but could yield new insights and inform strategic changes.

• Capable of driving cross-functional results without direct oversight, effectively collaborating with Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Go-To-Market teams to advance adoption efforts.

• Experience in managing a substantial volume of business at scale, particularly in the mid-market or commercial segments.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
