Adoption Manager, Legal AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Conduct our training and adoption program on-site at client locations throughout the Netherlands and Benelux.

• Tailor each session to the specific environment: practice area, level of seniority, and the client's current stage of progress.

• Facilitate structured check-ins to identify what is effective and what requires improvement once lawyers begin utilizing the platform.

• Develop and refine training materials to ensure the program becomes more effective with each client interaction.

• Assist Sales and Legal Engineering during client-facing sessions where legal expertise is essential.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Legal Engineering to relay user experiences, including bugs, feature requests, and improvement needs.

• Guide lawyers in analyzing their existing workflows and reconstructing them using AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A legal education and practical experience as a lawyer, jurist, or legal counsel across various types of legal work.

• Strong presence and confidence when speaking in front of an audience, effectively engaging both partners and associates.

• Practical proficiency in AI, with experience using AI tools in your own work and a desire to experiment and learn more.

• Capability to convey technical concepts in straightforward language, as well as articulate legal reasoning to engineers.

• A methodical approach to work: well-prepared, committed to follow-through, and effective in closing the feedback loop with the team.

• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands, averaging about half a day per training session, including travel time.

• Native fluency in Dutch, as training sessions are conducted in Dutch, alongside proficiency in English.
