Adoption Architect 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Independently lead workshops focused on adoption, translating customer requirements into actionable strategies.

• Identify and resolve moderate technical barriers to adoption, including integration challenges.

• Create reusable best-practice materials for frequently encountered adoption scenarios.

• Collaborate with product teams to communicate Voice of Customer feedback for prioritizing the product roadmap.

• Track Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and consumption metrics to enhance adoption strategies.

• Craft tailored enablement strategies while identifying systemic issues that affect customer success.

• Work alongside Account Solution Architects, Customer Success Executives, and product teams to synchronize adoption efforts with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in application migration and development within container environments.

• Significant experience in building and deploying applications utilizing modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• Proficient in Kubernetes and container-based platforms like OpenShift.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, or Ruby.

• Experience with development frameworks similar to Spring Boot, Node.js, JBoss EAP, Jakarta EE, OpenJDK, and Quarkus is advantageous.

• Experience with development environments like Backstage, Red Hat Developer Spaces, or comparable IDE deployments is a plus.

• Knowledge of management, logging, and observability solutions is beneficial.

• Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and KVM is an advantage.

• Awareness of enterprise architecture needs related to cybersecurity, compliance/policy, enterprise IT, and applications is a plus.
