This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Adheres to the admissions criteria for all prospective students, ensuring compliance with school and company policies, relevant federal and state regulations, and standards set by accrediting agencies.
• Engages potential students through the most suitable communication methods (e.g., phone, email, etc.) to arrange information sessions.
• Conducts interviews with prospective students, assessing their interest level, area of study, and availability, among other factors.
• Acts as a liaison between prospective students and the Admissions team during their initial visit to the institution.
• Reaches out to graduates, students who have previously canceled, and those scheduled to start classes to discuss program opportunities and evaluate their readiness for classes.
• Utilizes Interaction Client to respond to student inquiries effectively through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other approved communication methods.
• Assesses prospective students qualitatively based on their needs, interests, qualifications, motivations, and commitments.
• Completes and keeps all necessary paperwork (e.g., enrollment forms, transfer requests, etc.) and data entry in a precise, timely, and compliant manner.
• Refers students to the Student Finance department or other appropriate departments as necessary.
• Organizes appointments for campus tours.
• Follows all training and guidance provided by the Director of Admissions.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to all relevant federal and state compliance regulations, including those mandated by the Department of Education, accrediting agencies, CIE, and internal UMA policies and procedures.
• Clearly communicates compliance requirements to students and staff as appropriate and promptly escalates any compliance issues to the Compliance department.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in education, customer service, sales, or a related field is required.
• Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Adheres to all compliance standards while executing job responsibilities, in alignment with school and company policies, federal and state regulations, and accrediting agency standards.
• Possesses a customer-centric approach, ensuring that each prospective student's needs are met while fostering collaborative relationships.
• Ability to identify the needs, desires, and strengths of prospective students and assist them in selecting the most suitable program.
• Effectively manages time to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Communicates factual and ethical information regarding the school's programs, tuition, fees, refund policy, payment plans, and other relevant college policies and procedures to prospective students and others.
• Aims to be a collaborative team player by working effectively in a team-oriented environment and across various departments at Ultimate Medical Academy.
