This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with Houston-area TEFA Facebook groups, homeschool co-ops, Nextdoor communities, and church networks to attract awarded families in search of private school placements.
• Create a database of local churches, ministries, tutoring centers, after-school programs, and family-oriented nonprofits, and carry out systematic outreach to generate referrals.
• Keep a lead tracker that monitors each prospective family from initial inquiry to confirmed enrollment, noting referral sources, tour statuses, and follow-up dates.
• Address all incoming inquiries via email, phone, Facebook, and the website, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospective families from initial interest through to confirmed enrollment.
• Coordinate tour dates with the school director, send confirmation and reminder messages, and identify no-shows for prompt re-engagement.
• Maintain school profiles across the Odyssey TEFA School Finder, Google Business, TPSA, ACCS, Facebook, and Nextdoor, ensuring consistent messaging regarding TEFA acceptance, accreditation, and bilingual instruction.
• A minimum of 3-5 years in admissions coordination, enrollment marketing, lead generation, education outreach, or a related position that involves prospecting and pipeline management.
• Excellent English writing skills with the capability to independently compose warm, professional outreach content suitable for faith-based and multicultural family audiences.
• Proven experience with HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools, including building and maintaining structured pipelines with consistent follow-up schedules.
• Proficiency in using Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, Instagram, and scheduling tools (such as Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite), with a history of generating engagement in parent-focused groups.
• Familiarity with private school admissions, school choice programs, scholarship or voucher-funded enrollment pipelines, or parent-oriented education marketing is preferred.
• Experience in utilizing public records, social media platforms, community directories, and online databases to identify and create targeted prospect lists from scratch in settings where pre-existing contact data is unavailable.
