This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive enrollment of new students to achieve or surpass set enrollment and conversion KPIs.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to incoming inquiries received via phone, web, email, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Establish relationships with prospective families and convert qualified leads into arranged campus tours and visits.
• Conduct thoughtful and consistent follow-ups to encourage applications and reduce prospective-family drop-off rates.
• Reconnect with families following tour cancellations and no-shows to reengage interested parties.
• Keep up-to-date with campus offerings, tuition and fees, and the admissions process to provide accurate answers to inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling across various campus calendars and locations.
• Collaborate closely with campus teams on lead-to-enrollment initiatives.
• Maintain precise and timely records in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other relevant systems.
• Work with Marketing and Communications to support campaigns and enhance top-of-funnel enrollment growth.
• Identify and address challenges throughout the enrollment process, escalating family or enrollment concerns as necessary.
• Manage competing priorities and effectively allocate time to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Lead Enrollment Director.
• At least three years of experience in admissions, enrollment, education sales, lead conversion, or a similar role with KPI accountability.
• Proven success in achieving performance targets and driving high-value or high-consideration conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the education sector or public relations is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver responsive, high-touch customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while fostering productive relationships with campus and Shared Services stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities, with the flexibility to adjust priorities as circumstances change.
