This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead efforts to enroll new students, aiming to meet or surpass defined enrollment and conversion KPIs.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to incoming inquiries through various channels including phone, web, email, marketing initiatives, and events.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective families and convert qualified leads into scheduled campus tours and visits.
• Conduct thoughtful and consistent follow-ups to encourage applications and reduce prospective family drop-off rates.
• Reengage interested families by following up on tour cancellations and no-shows.
• Stay informed about campus offerings, tuition and fees, and the admissions process to accurately address inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling across various campus calendars and locations.
• Collaborate closely with campus teams on lead-to-enrollment strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other relevant systems.
• Work in partnership with Marketing and Communications to enhance campaigns and drive top-of-funnel enrollment growth.
• Identify and address challenges throughout the enrollment process, escalating family or enrollment concerns when necessary.
• Manage competing priorities effectively to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by the Lead Enrollment Director.
• A minimum of three years of experience in admissions, enrollment, education sales, lead conversion, or a similar role with KPI accountability.
• Proven track record of achieving performance targets and facilitating high-value or high-consideration conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the education sector or public relations is advantageous.
• Strong preference for proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver responsive, high-touch customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while fostering productive relationships with campus and Shared Services stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities, with the adaptability to shift priorities as needs change.
