This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be tasked with ensuring adherence to AZAV guidelines.
• Facilitate certification processes.
• Foster our quality culture.
• Serve as a key liaison among Education, Sales, Administration, and our students.
• Assist with provider and program certifications, as well as the approval of our programs.
• Support internal audits, prepare for external audits, and accompany them.
• Ensure that educational concepts, curricula, and course documentation consistently comply with legal requirements.
• Aid your team in implementing contemporary QA policies and procedures.
• Advocate for the continuous improvement process (CIP).
• Guarantee the accuracy of all AZAV-related numbers, data, and information.
• Act as the primary contact for accreditation bodies and authorities.
• A versatile professional with a solid grasp of numbers, language, and regulatory or quality management concepts.
• Preliminary knowledge of German quality assurance standards (particularly AZAV/SGB III) is beneficial.
• A strong affinity for IT is essential.
• Methodical and organized, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in project management.
• Native-level German and fluent English are required.
