This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Plays a crucial role in the successful recruitment and enrollment of new students at Nightingale College.
β’ Initiates outbound calls and manages inbound calls to schedule appointments and conduct interviews with prospective students.
β’ Responsible for reaching out to prospective students to confirm and carry out scheduled appointments, ensuring all necessary information is conveyed.
β’ Provides a daily activity report (DAR) to the Supervisor.
β’ Generates leads by soliciting referrals and enters all new inquiry details into the designated system.
β’ Adheres to the contact strategy and logs all communication with prospective students in the appropriate system.
β’ Implements the Discover, Commit, Start Application process with prospective students.
β’ Aids prospective students, their families, and other relevant parties in the decision-making process.
β’ Invites qualified candidates to apply, ensuring they receive all essential information and assistance.
β’ Accurately answers inquiries regarding the relevant Nursing Program.
β’ Updates and maintains student records in the learner management system (LMS).
β’ Reviews all necessary documentation required for new student enrollment.
β’ Collaborates with other departments to deliver the highest standard of service for enrolling students.
β’ Participates in weekly Admissions meetings.
β’ A high school diploma or general equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or relevant work experience in customer service or sales may substitute for education.
β’ Proven experience of at least two years in admissions at an accredited post-secondary institution.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, or the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
β’ Proven expertise in CRM and SIS systems.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
β’ Strong preference for proficiency with FERPA regulations.
