
Administrator – Payroll & Reward

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for processing new hires both internationally and within the U.S.
• Managing terminations and leave of absences (LOA).
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of payroll data across all systems.
• Uphold and maintain adherence to relevant payroll legislation.
• Set up time and attendance processes for employees' first day.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both staff and external vendors, addressing benefits and payroll concerns as necessary.
• Confirm submissions of Record of Employment.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
• Assist in the administration and communication of reward and benefit programs.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant payroll experience, with multi-state and international payroll experience being a plus.
• Proficient in utilizing an HRIS system, especially Kronos or ADP, along with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Slack.
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Hibob or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the aptitude to tackle complex issues.
• Advanced technical skills; advanced understanding of integrated database systems/HRIS.
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure.
