This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and/or phone.
• Diagnose basic technical issues and offer clear, step-by-step solutions.
• When necessary, escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate meetings across various time zones.
• Send reminders and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments with both clients and internal teams.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to secure bookings.
• Keep organized records of scheduled and completed appointments.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Support process improvements and the organization of workflows.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or a related field.
• Proven background in customer service and/or technical support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work setting.

• Experience working with clients based in the US.
• Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
