This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in managing contracts and documents using Zoho WorkDrive and Zoho Sign.
• Document and confirm financial transactions in Zoho Books.
• Maintain and update records for customers and vendors in Zoho CRM.
• Support bank reconciliations and oversee payment processes.
• Aid in the creation of spreadsheets and administrative reports.
• Provide assistance with communication tasks and internal support activities.
• Organize documentation and facilitate compliance routines.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or a similar field.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and organizing data effectively.
• Strong communication abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn about automation, ERP systems, and digital management.
• Basic familiarity with Zoho, Google Workspace, or Excel.
• Fully remote internship with flexible scheduling options.
• Direct oversight by the Administrative Manager.
• Access to internal training programs through Profit-Tech Academy.
• Potential for permanent employment following the internship.
• Involvement in real projects and hands-on experience with corporate tools (Zoho, AWS, ERP).
