This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver entry-level technical and administrative support for client projects.

• Ensure quality deliverables while adhering to established guidelines.

• Comply with BC document standards.

• Undertake additional assignments as required by changing needs.

• Assist with document-related projects and initiatives.

• Implement BC template styles and guidelines for correspondence, technical memos, reports, design documents, and marketing materials.

• Verify word spacing and correct spelling errors.

• Format section titles, headers, and footers appropriately.

• Update or create tables of contents as needed.

• Check pagination, page numbers, figure and table numbering, and captions for accuracy.

• Adhere to document legal limitations.

• Monitor and manage document version control effectively.

• Securely store documents while ensuring they are accessible.

• Combine multiple files into cohesive PDFs.

• Create and compile documents into PDF format utilizing Adobe or Bluebeam software.

• Document procedures and maintain alignment with evolving programs and guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Typically, 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word.

• Knowledge of PDF software such as Adobe or Bluebeam.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines effectively.

• Capable of supporting tasks efficiently in team-oriented environments.

• Strong ability to rapidly learn new software applications.

• Competent in documenting procedures to maintain current, compliant operations.

• Understanding of BC Digital Signature Support, including GlobalSign or other BC-supported software.

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
