This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take ownership of and manage the Master Calendar, ensuring that all events, meetings, and worship experiences are accurately represented and current.
• Oversee and reply to all incoming emails, including those in the junk/spam folders.
• Welcome all campus visitors during office hours by verifying photo IDs and providing visitor badges.
• Organize all campus event rentals and respond quickly to each rental inquiry.
• Complete the Administrative Office Checklist at both the start and conclusion of each day.
• After worship experiences, conduct audits for no-call/no-show (NCNS) team members and report findings to the supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or operations support position.
• Proven track record in managing complex calendars and scheduling for multiple stakeholders.
• Practical experience in inbox and email management, including handling high-volume correspondence and using template-based communication.
• Prior experience in coordinating events, managing facility usage, or liaising with vendors in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs) and standard office applications.
• Familiarity with iCal or similar calendar platforms is advantageous.
