This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Organizing schedules, meetings, and travel plans for senior management
β’ Overseeing inboxes, correspondence, and follow-up tasks on behalf of the team
β’ Keeping filing systems, databases, and internal documentation up-to-date
β’ Drafting reports, presentations, and summaries of meetings
β’ Communicating with suppliers, clients, and various internal departments
β’ Assisting with onboarding and HR administrative tasks as required
β’ Proven experience in an administrative or coordination position
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
β’ Strong attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple priorities
