This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver high-level administrative support across all departments.
• Create and uphold comprehensive documentation for company procedures.
• Assist the Services team with various administrative responsibilities.
• Regularly report on administrative activities and metrics to senior team members.
• Organize and implement team and client offsite meetings.
• Prior experience in a comparable role, preferably within an administrative setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• A proactive individual who excels in a remote work environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced computer literacy with experience in cloud-based office applications like Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI functionalities) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, etc.) is a notable benefit.
• Flexibility to work from home.
• Opportunity for occasional in-person team collaboration.
