This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Update project details across various databases using dashboards and other notifications.
• Maintain excellent records to effectively organize work tasks.
• Provide assistance to customers through phone calls and online chats.
• Ensure work accuracy by reviewing and correcting submissions before they are finalized.
• Process applications related to the program.
• Dispatch notifications regarding the processing of applications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma is required.
• Additional education or vocational training in lighting, energy conservation, or utility marketing is advantageous.
• Demonstrated intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced skills in utilizing databases for reporting and precise data entry.
• Advanced proficiency with various project management tools and software.
• Previous experience in a virtual work environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior customer service experience is an asset.
• Bilingual language abilities are a plus.
