This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Oversee five essential operational areas for our Leadership team: business travel, expense management, purchase orders, team onboarding/offboarding, and team logistics.
β’ Arrange travel bookings and itineraries for the Marketing team.
β’ Handle expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards (P-cards) using Concur, ensuring adherence to company policies.
β’ Initiate and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) through internal processes and manage vendor agreements.
β’ Organize onboarding/offboarding logistics, including IT provisioning and access to systems (SAP, Workday, Google Workspace).
β’ Plan and implement significant cross-functional events and offsites.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate operations, team coordination, or administration supporting various stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in English.
β’ Skilled in Google Workspace, SAP (procurement), Concur (expenses), Workday (HRIS), and quick to adapt to new enterprise tools.
β’ Employees have the option to work remotely.
