Administrative Coordinator – Marketing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee five essential operational areas for our Leadership team: business travel, expense management, purchase orders, team onboarding/offboarding, and team logistics.

• Arrange travel bookings and itineraries for the Marketing team.

• Handle expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards (P-cards) using Concur, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Initiate and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) through internal processes and manage vendor agreements.

• Organize onboarding/offboarding logistics, including IT provisioning and access to systems (SAP, Workday, Google Workspace).

• Plan and implement significant cross-functional events and offsites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate operations, team coordination, or administration supporting various stakeholders.

• Proficient in English.

• Skilled in Google Workspace, SAP (procurement), Concur (expenses), Workday (HRIS), and quick to adapt to new enterprise tools.
