This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Serve as the primary contact for the agency, handling calls professionally and directing them to the relevant team member.
• Address phone inquiries with exceptional customer service and accurately document detailed messages or lead information.
• Support daily AU Property Management operations, ensuring effective communication and proper documentation.
• Assist the sales team by managing administrative workflows and coordinating various tasks.
• Oversee and update social media channels to ensure a vibrant online presence.
• Conduct light video and photo editing to produce captivating content for the brand.
• Execute general sales administration duties, including data entry and file management.
• Utilize tools such as Scribe to document new processes and create comprehensive step-by-step guides.
• Previous experience in the Australian Real Estate sector is highly advantageous.
• Background in a receptionist or call-handling position.
• Competence in social media management and sales administration.
• Familiarity with screen recording/documentation tools like Scribe.
• Basic editing skills (experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
